A good tenant can make your investment property a positive, stress free experience. A poor tenant can make life difficult for both manager and owner. With a strict screening process in place combined with our experience, we are able to make recommendations for you. The tenant must view the property before an application can be accepted, all employment details & any associated income verified. Current and past rental history are checked along with personal references. Once all applications are presented to you, the final decision is yours.
Before your tenant is given access to the property, we explain in full detail what we expect from them during the tenancy. Having the right expectations from the start helps to ensure a smooth tenancy.
